On April 3, Deputy Foreign Minister of Azerbaijan Samir Sharifov met with Deputy Foreign Minister of Kazakhstan Alibek Bakayev, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs told APA.
During the meeting, a broad exchange of views was held on issues on the agenda of strategic partnership and allied relations between the two countries.
The holding of the second meeting of the Heads of Government/Vice Presidents of the member states of the Organization of Turkic States in Baku on April 2 was highly appreciated. At the same time, prospects for cooperation within the Organization of Turkic States were discussed.
The meeting also addressed current issues on the regional and international agenda.
