"Each state has the right to participate in international formats that meet its interests, are not directed against third countries, and consider the existing balance of forces," said a spokesperson for the Russian Foreign Ministry, Maria Zakharova, at today's briefing, APA's Moscow correspondent reports.
"If the tripartite dialogue among Baku, Yerevan, and Tbilisi helps settle the conflicts in the South Caucasus and strengthen security and stability in the region, then we can only welcome it," the Russian MFA spokesperson said.
