"Players from outside the region dictating their interests is the biggest threat to the South Caucasus," Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov said at a press conference after the meeting of the Regional Cooperation Platform held in Istanbul in the "3+3" format, APA's Moscow correspondent reports.
According to him, players from outside the region inject their schemes here: "Those schemes are not aimed at solving the region's problems, but at developing NATO-centered formats in the region, blocking processes here, and creating discord between neighboring countries," the Russian Foreign Minister stressed.
