“This is my second visit to the beautiful city of Lachin. Positive changes are already noticeable here,” Russia’s Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to Azerbaijan, Mikhail Yevdokimov, told journalists in Lachin, APA’s Karabakh bureau reports.
He emphasized that Azerbaijan is rapidly carrying out restoration work in Lachin: “This is my second visit to the beautiful city of Lachin. Positive changes are already noticeable here. Azerbaijan is rapidly restoring this city. So far, I have visited Fuzuli and Shusha. Naturally, my impressions of the new airport in Lachin are magnificent.”
