Russia expects Azerbaijan and Armenia to take practical steps to agree on the time and venue for the “3+3” regional cooperation format meeting of foreign ministers, Maria Zakharova, official representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry, said at a briefing today, APA’s Moscow bureau reports.
She described the “3+3” regional cooperation format as a good platform to discuss the Azerbaijan-Armenia settlement and other pressing issues in the South Caucasus.
Zakharova added that Moscow is awaiting practical steps from Baku and Yerevan to finalize the time and place for the next meeting of foreign ministers under this format.
