A meeting was held in Moscow between Khalaf Khalafov, Representative of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan on Special Assignments, and Mikhail Galuzin, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Russia, according to a statement released by Russian Foreign Ministry, APA's Moscow correspondent reports.
It was noted that the meeting confirmed mutual commitment to further active joint work on the progressive strengthening of relations between Moscow and Baku in accordance with the Declaration on Allied Interaction between the Russian Federation and the Republic of Azerbaijan, signed by the presidents of the two states on February 22, 2022.
