'Reaching an agreement between Azerbaijan and Armenia without foreign intervention carries significant importance not only for these two countries but also at the global level", Hulusi Kilich, former Ambassador of Turkiye to Azerbaijan told APA.
He stated that the normalization process between the two countries will contribute to the promotion of global peace: " First let me say that we, as Turkiye, are pleased with the return of 4 villages of Gazakh after 30 years of occupation. Lands belonging to Azerbaijan are returned after 30 years of occupation. This is very important because Azerbaijan and Armenia achieved agreement on this without foreign intervention. I consider this step very important."
