Russian President Vladimir Putin, at a press conference summarizing his visit to Tajikistan, said he believes there is no crisis in the state-to-state relations between Russia and Azerbaijan, APA's Moscow bureau reports.
According to him, otherwise the countries would not have seen the development of economic relations.
"What kind of crisis is this in interstate relations? It was a crisis of emotions - and it is understandable. We faced a tragic event: a plane crash. And we needed time to resolve it," the Russian president emphasized.
Putin hopes that the countries have "turned the page" and will be able to continue implementing their grand plans.
