On April 3, the President of the Republic of Congo Denis Sassou-Nguesso, who is on official visit to Azerbaijan visited the Alley of Martyrs, APA reports.
President Denis Sassou-Nguesso commemorated Azerbaijani heroes who gave their lives for Azerbaijan's independence and territorial integrity and laid a wreath at the Eternal Flame monument.
Congolese Presidents enjoyed a panoramic view from the highest point of Baku and were informed about the history of the Alley of Martyrs and the redevelopment of the city.
