"The reconstruction of the liberated territories requires not only financial resources but also strong determination and will," said Pawel Radomski, Polish Ambassador to Azerbaijan, during his visit to Lachin, APA’s Karabakh bureau reports.
“This is my second visit here. The first was two months ago to Khankendi. I was truly impressed by the beauty of the country’s nature. The scale of transformation and modernization here is enormous. The reconstruction and modernization of these areas are crucial for the region’s future. I am trying to understand how difficult it is to bring people back to these territories. I try to grasp how complex it is to improve the situation and implement the plans. Of course, this requires more than just money. It also takes strong will and determination. I plan to return here in the future. It would be very interesting for me to witness the positive developments and reconstruction efforts,” the ambassador said.
