Prime Minister of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ali Asadov met with Minister of Education, Science and Youth of Georgia Givi Mikanadze on July 25, Press Service of the Cabinet of Ministers told APA.
During the meeting, it was noted that Azerbaijan-Georgia relations are developing successfully based on the principles of good neighborliness and strategic partnership.
The importance of the Azerbaijan-Georgia Youth Forum to be held in Baku within the framework of Givi Mikanadze's visit was emphasized.
Touching upon humanitarian relations between the two countries, satisfaction was expressed with the results of cooperation in the fields of youth and education, and the prospects for the development of this cooperation were discussed.
Minister of Youth and Sports of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Farid Gayibov, and Minister of Science and Education Emin Amrullayev attended the meeting.
