"Russian peacekeepers have left Garabagh because they no longer have a function in the region," Kremlin Spokesman Dmitry Peskov said, APA reports.
"This (withdrawal of peacekeepers-ed.) corresponds to the current realities that have arisen in the region after Armenia recognized the borders of Azerbaijan in 1991. Geopolitical realities there have changed and they no longer have a function," the Kremlin Spokesman stressed.
