According to him, the OTS is an organization that ensures peace and stability in a time of global uncertainty and turns emerging challenges into opportunities.
Zandos Shaimardanov emphasized that the peace process between Azerbaijan and Armenia not only creates opportunities for communication but also ensures peace and stability for all.
