Irevan offered Russia the formula currently being agreed upon with Baku in Washington, said Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan, APA reports.
According to him, the processes taking place within the framework of the trilateral working group on opening communications with the participation of the Deputy Prime Ministers of Armenia, Azerbaijan and Russia are headed in a different direction.
“This did not happen, because we observed attempts to direct the processes in a direction that would undermine the sovereignty, territorial integrity and jurisdiction of Armenia. We could not agree to this under any circumstances,” Pashinyan said.
