Kémi Séba, a Pan-African political activist and journalist known for his anti-colonial policy and anti-imperialist positions who is on a visit to Azerbaijan, Baku, delivered speech at the conference on "French Neocolonialism Policy in Africa" ​​organized by the Baku Initiative Group, APA reports.

K. Seba, who gave extensive information about France's neocolonialism policy in his report, spoke about the genocide, urbicide and other illegal acts committed by official Paris against the representatives of peoples living in colonial conditions.

He said that the official Paris deprived the representatives of the peoples under its colony of their human rights and freedoms.

In addition, he talked about the obstacles created by official Paris through various illegal means for its colonial peoples to establish relations with other subjects of international law.

K. Seba also emphasized the importance of the international world taking effective measures against France's colonial policy.

It should be noted that Kémi Séba is known as one of the symbolic leaders of the African independence, sovereignty and struggle against neo-colonial powers. He is also one of the main critics of French neo-colonialism.

He was born in 1981 in Strasbourg, France.

He was put on the "black list" of France because of his open and sharp criticism and condemnation of the damage caused by French colonial policy to African countries as well as overseas territories.

France arrested K. Seba several times in order to silence him, and when it did not get what it wanted, K. Seba was deprived of his French citizenship.

In response to this step of France, a number of African countries granted diplomatic immunity to K. Seba.
