Pakistani Prime Minister congratulates President Ilham Aliyev and the people of Azerbaijan

"What a beautiful occasion it is to celebrate Azerbaijan’s Independence Day together today," Prime Minister of Pakistan Shehbaz Sharif said during his speech ahead of the concert dedicated to May 28 – Independence Day in the city of Lachin, APA’s correspondent dispatched to Lachin reports.

The Prime Minister of Pakistan also noted that May 28 is the day when Pakistan became a nuclear power in 1998: “For this reason, it is a great honor for me to attend this event today. I sincerely congratulate my dear brother, President Ilham Aliyev, and our Azerbaijani brothers.”
