OTS effectiveness to be strengthened through supervision and mutual consultations, says Ali Asadov

Supervision of decision implementation and mutual consultations will increase the influence of the Organization of Turkic States (OTS), said Prime Minister Ali Asadov at the first meeting of the heads of government and their deputies of the Organization of Turkic States held in Bishkek.

Ali Asadov said that the issues to be discussed today are important topics that require both a practical and flexible approach: “It is known that OTS Summits are held throughout the year in both formal and informal formats. Every high-level meeting and every decision adopted serves to strengthen our organization, enhance its influence, increase its reputation, and support its institutional development.

Supervision, monitoring, and mechanisms of mutual consultation regarding the implementation of these decisions will further increase the influence of our organization. We believe that increasing the efficiency of existing structures and strengthening institutional development will make the functioning of our organization more transparent, flexible, and result-oriented.”
