“Azerbaijan and Armenia are working on the signing and ratification of the peace agreement,” Armenia’s Deputy Foreign Minister Vahan Kostanyan said in a statement to journalists following the panel session titled “South Caucasus: On the Path to Becoming a Strategic Center” held as part of the Antalya Diplomacy Forum, APA’s correspondent dispatched to Türkiye reports.
“Armenia and Azerbaijan are already in a state of peace. As for the signing of the agreement, the document has been initialed, and we are working together with our Azerbaijani colleagues on its signing and subsequent ratification,” Kostanyan noted.
