“On March 4, 209 people were evacuated from the city of Jeddah in Saudi Arabia,” Azerbaijan’s Minister of Foreign Affairs Jeyhun Bayramov said during a joint press conference with the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Moldova, Mihai Popșoi, APA reports.
The minister said that there were also Azerbaijani citizens remaining in Qatar: “On March 7, our citizens remaining in Qatar will be evacuated from Jeddah. There are also people remaining in Kuwait and Bahrain, and it is planned to bring all of them to Jeddah and evacuate them.”
