Armenia and the US are agreeing on the details of the TRIPP project, said Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov at a joint press conference with Estonian Foreign Minister Margus Tsakhna in Baku, APA reports.
The minister said that Azerbaijan expects this project to be implemented as soon as possible: "Yesterday, President Ilham Aliyev noted the lifting of restrictions on transit cargo to Armenia. Armenia is already seeing and feeling very concrete benefits. These are the initial benefits. Considering the benefits of unhindered connection of Nakhchivan with the main part of Azerbaijan and the opening of part of the Middle Corridor, people involved in these works in Armenia will consider these projects a priority."
