The discussion of the venue for the peace agreement between Armenia and Azerbaijan is still premature, Azerbaijan's Deputy Foreign Minister Elnur Mammadov said while answering journalists' questions, APA reports.
He said that the Azerbaijani side is currently waiting for a relevant amendment to be made to the Constitution of Armenia to removal of the claims over Azerbaijan's territories that have existed since the 1990s, and the dissolution of the Minsk Group: "Both states can address the OSCE on the last issue. Considering that the conflict has been resolved, the Azerbaijani side has been proposing this for a while. Unfortunately, the Armenian side has not yet joined the joint appeal. We hope that Armenia will inform us about its real intentions. Taking into account the actions of the revancheist forces in Armenia, we consider this a serious risk."
