”The negotiations to be held in Almaty will be held exclusively between Azerbaijan and Armenia, there’s no talk of Astana’s mediation,” said Aybek Smayidarov, an official of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Kazakhstan in his statement about the details of expected meeting, APA reports.
It was noted that Kazakhstan will provide goodwill services, namely a platform for negotiations.
“If these two states come to peace and it is signed in our territory, it will have a great positive effect on the whole region,” – he said.
