Over the past 7 years, the formation of a multipolar world order has accelerated, said Deputy Director of the Shanghai Academy of Social Sciences, Wang Zhen, during his speech at the session titled “CICA as an International Organization — Transformation and Strengthening of Institutional Capacity,” of the 13th meeting of the CICA Think Tank Forum, APA reports.
He described the current international order as chaotic and stated that the risks of conflict on the global stage are increasingly growing.
He emphasized that CICA must explore avenues for cooperation in various fields to prevent crises and called for the development of a roadmap on this issue.
