Azerbaijan has never accepted interim solutions that contradict our national interests, said Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov at a special meeting dedicated to President Ilham Aliyev’s Washington visit held at the Cabinet of Ministers, APA reports.
The minister said that during the past period, Azerbaijan has gathered broad support on international platforms: “In the 44-day Patriotic War, Azerbaijan restored its territorial integrity based on international documents. The political wisdom demonstrated by the Head of State should also be specially noted. A number of our territories were liberated without military intervention. This step also strengthened the victory.”
