"Every time I visit the liberated territories, I see something new," said Libya’s Ambassador to Azerbaijan, Ali Salem Naser, during his visit to Shusha, APA’s Karabakh bureau reports.
“This is already my third time here. Every time I come, I see new changes, new constructions. I think this place is very beautiful. Of course, I would like to visit Shusha and Lachin again in the future. Major reconstruction works are being carried out in these two cities as well as in Aghdam. I congratulate Azerbaijan on these achievements,” the diplomat stated.
