Situation in Nagorno-Karabakh has become normal, said Russian Minister of Foreign Affairs Sergey Lavrov at the joint press conference on results of meeting with Armenia’s acting Minister of Foreign Affairs Ara Ayvazyan, APA’s correspondent in Moscow reports.
According to him, non-important incidents are operatively and efficiently regulated by Russian peacekeeping forces.
“We observe a positive tendency in the regulation of Nagorno-Karabakh, the situation has become normal significantly. Russian peacekeepers are acting as guarantors of security. Peacekeepers have been deployed along the line of contact and Lachin corridor. They always pay attention to exchange of prisoners of war too,” stressed Russian FM.
S. Lavrov noted that the working group at the level of Deputy Prime Ministers is actively working in the direction of execution of trilateral statements.
