"You see the participation of former presidents and prime ministers of Latvia in this conference. One of the former presidents, Mrs. Freiberga is even the co-chair of the Nizami Ganjavi International Center. Former politicians have gathered around this Forum."
Egils Levits believes that Azerbaijan is right to host this forum, for this country is located at the crossroads of cultures, transportation hubs, and in a unique geographical position: "Thus, countries with different cultures, histories, and speaking different languages can speak and express their positions here. This platform contributes significantly to the exchange of views and visions in the world."
