“Today’s challenges force us to be more united,” said President of Kyrgyzstan Sadyr Japarov at the 12th Summit of the Council of Heads of State of the Organization of Turkic States (OTS), APA’s correspondent dispatched to Gabala reports.
He noted that last year the Kyrgyz Republic assumed the chairmanship of the organization: “This was an important period for us. During our chairmanship, 124 high-level events were successfully organized. Our chairmanship was aimed at strengthening the Turkic world. I am confident that our economic contacts will expand. A proposal was put forward regarding the mutual recognition of electronic signatures related to the digital future. We also attach great importance to the field of security. In this area, we have also proposed an agreement. This agreement will promote joint cooperation on terrorism, extremism, and international crimes.”
