"The topic of the Gabala Summit is one of the most important issues today," said Kyrgyz President Sadyr Japarov at the 12th Summit of the Council of Heads of State of the Turkic States Organization, APA's correspondent dispatched to Gabala reports.
The Kyrgyz head of state said that external threats are of great importance today.
"We have undertaken a commitment to ensuring security and stability in the region. The Turkic world must better cope with the challenges it faces. In this regard, we welcome the joint statement signed between the leaders of Azerbaijan and Armenia. Thanks to this, lasting peace and stability will be established in the South Caucasus," Sadyr Japarov emphasized.
