“We must work to improve the situation in the Caspian Sea,” Kazakh President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev made this statement at the 12th Summit of the Council of Heads of State of the Organization of Turkic States (OTS), APA's correspondent dispatched to Gabala reports.
He called on the Turkic states to address issues related to the Caspian Sea. Tokayev also noted that in April next year, Kazakhstan will host a UN summit on a Joint Vision for a Sustainable Future and expressed the desire for Turkic states to participate in the event.
