Azerbaijan's accession to this format as a full-fledged participant in the Consultative Meetings marked the beginning of a new stage in the development of our cooperation, Kazakh President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev said at the Informal Consultative Meeting of the Heads of State of Azerbaijan and the Central Asian countries, APA's correspondent dispatched to Kyrgyzstan reports.
"It can be confidently said that, thanks to the strengthening of mutual trust and the consistent development of regional cooperation, Central Asia is currently experiencing one of the most successful periods in its modern history—perhaps even the most successful. Azerbaijan's accession to this format as a full-fledged participant in the Consultative Meetings marked the beginning of a new stage in the development of our cooperation. Through our joint efforts, favorable conditions are being created for further deepening political dialogue, expanding cooperation in investment, energy and industry, and forming a unified transport and logistics system," the Kazakh President said.
