"There are also projects in the field of green energy, intensive work on them is continuing," said Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov at a joint press conference with Estonian Foreign Minister Margus Tsakhna, APA reports.
The minister said that transport transit issues are the main topic of discussion between the European Union and Azerbaijan: "The Ukraine-Russia war has further activated this. When we talked about transport, communications and the Middle Corridor, we talked about a new potential project. The implementation of the TRIPP project, agreed after the Washington summit, could be a new part of the Middle Corridor in a broader format through the Zangezur corridor. This could create a new route for 15 million tons of cargo. This also promises new benefits for countries in Europe, Central Asia and Asia."
