"Since November 21, the Azerbaijani state has started correspondence regarding mineral deposits in Karabakh, including gold and copper-molybdenum deposits," said Azerbaijan's Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov, APA reports,

The minister said that this illegal activity became more intense after the arrival of the person who declared himself the "minister" of the "institution." Concrete results and agreements were reached between December 3-10, and on December 10, Azerbaijani representatives were to conduct monitoring in the fields. This was prevented by a group of saboteurs. During my phone conversation with the Russian Foreign Minister on how to resolve this issue, I reminded him once again that Azerbaijan has presented concrete evidence on this issue in the last two years. Azerbaijan has an obligation regarding the Lachin road that the state of Azerbaijan guarantees safe movement on this road - the passage of citizens living in this area, cargo, and vehicles. There is nothing about passage 4. The trilateral statement states the commitment of Azerbaijan only in the three categories I have listed," the foreign minister stated.
