“There are contacts regarding the delimitation of the Armenia-Azerbaijan borders. This process continues at the commission level, chaired by the deputy prime ministers of both countries,” said Azerbaijan’s Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov in a statement to journalists, APA reports.
He noted that Azerbaijan’s position on the restoration of transport communications is clear: “I believe there will be further contacts in this regard. Another direction is the opening of transport communications between Azerbaijan’s western regions and the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic. Azerbaijan’s position here is also well known. We expect Armenia to fulfill its commitments in this direction."
