"Italy maintains good relations with all countries, including Azerbaijan," said Italian professor Samuele Furfari during his visit to Azerbaijan for the international forum "Facing the New World Order", APA reports.
He noted that Azerbaijan's natural gas exports to Italy have significantly strengthened bilateral ties: "The natural gas delivered via TANAP and TAP is crucial for Italy. This reflects the strong relationship between our countries, which extends beyond energy—we have robust cooperation in many fields."
The professor also spoke about the international forum held at ADA University, calling it highly engaging: "The session attended by President Ilham Aliyev was particularly interesting. Azerbaijan's willingness to collaborate with neighboring countries stood out—it was a very positive discussion."
