Tel Aviv has condemned Iran’s drone attacks on Nakhchivan, said Israel’s Deputy Foreign Minister Sharren Haskel on her X account, APA reports.
According to her, the “Ayatollah regime carried out a drone strike on a civilian airport in a neighboring country,” which indicates that its “mask has fallen.”
The deputy foreign minister noted that the regime in Tehran is no longer hiding behind its proxy forces, but is directly carrying out attacks and spreading chaos.
“Iran will not stop until the world stops it,” the deputy minister emphasized.
Note that drone attacks were carried out today from the territory of the Islamic Republic of Iran against the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic of Azerbaijan.
One drone fell on the terminal building of Nakhchivan Airport, while another landed near a school building in Shakarabad village.
The airport building sustained damage, and four people were injured.
