"In 2019, Israel's Aid and Development Agency Mashav has signed a memorandum of understanding with a USAID of the USA. In accordance with a memorandum, we agreed to cooperate internationally together", said Ambassador of the State of Israel to the Republic of Azerbaijan George Deek who is on a visit to Guba, APA reports.
According to the ambassador, Israel and the US will cooperate in the Red village where the largest Jewish community in the entire Muslim world lives.
According to the ambassador, a building locating in the Red village will be constructed with USAID and this place will be turned into Jewish culture and Jewish heritage center: "Those who visit this center will be able to experience real Jewish life. This is important for showing tolerance between Jews and Muslims in this country".
