“Islamophobia is a concept invented for a political-ideological purpose,” said Bülent Aras, a Professor of International Relations and Research Director at Center for International Policy Research Qatar during the panel discussion held within the framework of the international scientific conference “Embracing Diversity: Tackling Islamophobia in 2024” held in Baku, APA reports.
“International system is already in a huge crisis. We are already in a multipolar world. It also means a slightly uncontrolled world,” he added.
The director drew attention to the disorder in the world:
“Fore example, International Court of Justice only gives advice to Israel – don’t do it like that in Gaza, do it like this. But it shouldn’t be like that. A concrete step must be taken."
