Iranian Minister of Roads and Urban Development Farzana Sadiq arrived in Baku to attend the 17th meeting of the Joint Commission on Economic Cooperation with Azerbaijan, APA reports.
The Iranian minister was welcomed in Baku by the Deputy Minister of Digital Development and Transport.
During the visit, the minister is expected to attend the meeting of the Joint Commission and meet with a number of state officials.
During the visit, a comprehensive assessment of the current state of cooperation between the two countries, the elimination of existing obstacles, as well as the acceleration of the implementation of joint economic projects, especially in the areas of transport, energy, trade and cultural cooperation, will be discussed.
