Following the relevant procedures, the humanitarian aid was transferred to Iran via the Azerbaijani border.

Humanitarian aid sent from Russia to Iran has departed from Lankaran, APA’s southern bureau reports.
Aid, consisting of medicines and medical supplies, was loaded onto trucks belonging to the Iranian Red Crescent Society at Lankaran International Airport. The trucks will cross into Iran through the Astara border checkpoint.
It was reported that 13 tons of medical supplies were sent from Russia to Iran.
