At the invitation of the Prosecutor General of Azerbaijan Kamran Aliyev, a delegation led by the Chairman of the Investigative Committee of Russia Alexander Bastrykin made a working visit to Azerbaijan, the Prosecutor General's Office of Azerbaijan told APA.
During the meeting between K. Aliyev and A. Bastrykin, a fruitful exchange of views was held on cooperation in the fight against crime, and the improvement of the contractual framework existing in the field of legal cooperation was discussed.
To further deepen relations between the Prosecutor General's Office of Azerbaijan and the Investigative Committee of Russia, a Cooperation Program for 2024-2026 was signed.
As part of the signing ceremony, Alexander Bastrykin awarded Prosecutor General Kamran Aliyev the medal “For Loyalty to Duty,” and the Prosecutor General of Azerbaijan awarded his Russian colleague the anniversary medal “100th Anniversary of the Prosecutor’s Office of Azerbaijan.”
The working visit of the Chairman of the RF Investigative Committee Alexander Bastrykin to Azerbaijan has ended.
