"We have very close relations with Azerbaijan. There is good cooperation between Azerbaijan and Georgia," Georgian Prosecutor General Giorgi Qvarakidze, who is visiting Azerbaijan at the invitation of Prosecutor General Kamran Aliyev, said, APA reports.
Qvarakidze said the friendly relations between the two countries contribute to cooperation in the legal field.
"At the invitation of my friend, Prosecutor General Kamran Aliyev, whom I deeply respect, the Georgian delegation arrived in Azerbaijan today. We visited the Prosecutor General's Office of Azerbaijan, held meetings as part of the official visit, and exchanged views. I hope this will contribute to closer cooperation between the law enforcement agencies of our two countries," he said.
