“It is very impressive to see the scale of the reconstruction work carried out by Azerbaijan. I am really looking forward to learning more and seeing more places,” French Ambassador to Azerbaijan Sophie Lagoutte told APA during the diplomatic corps’ visit to Karabakh and East Zangezur.
“This is a very useful and informative visit for me. As for bilateral relations, this is a process that continues in a positive direction. We have numerous contacts with high-ranking officials. I think we have a common will to improve the situation. This is exactly what we are working on,” the ambassador noted.
According to her, an artist from France will also participate in the Baku Jazz Festival:
“It is also very important for us to introduce French artists and French culture to people living in Azerbaijan. I am very pleased that we will soon have the opportunity to welcome a French artist in Baku.”
