Cooperation in the Turkic world is developing day by day, said the former Secretary General of the Parliamentary Assembly of Turkic States, Mehmet Süreyya Er, at the event held on the occasion of handing over his duties to the new Secretary General, Ramil Hasan, APA reports.
"The determination of our country leaders plays a very important role in the development of relations in the Turkic world. I believe that we will make significant progress toward the goals outlined in the 'Turkic World Vision 2040' document adopted at the 2021 summit of the Organization of Turkic States held in Türkiye," Mehmet Süreyya Er stated.
He provided brief information about two projects called "Qanun" and "Qamus" being implemented to strengthen language unity in the Turkic World, and expressed hope that cultural unity among Turkic states would deepen further.
