Armenia is very interested in establishing and restoring relations with Azerbaijan, as it is one of the main beneficiaries of such ties, Armenian Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan said in an interview with Poland’s TVP World channel, APA reports
“If we talk about railway connections, according to experts’ estimates, its construction could take at least two years. However, we can, for example, use the infrastructure and territory of the Republic of Azerbaijan to send and receive cargo,” Mirzoyan said.
He emphasized that the text of the peace agreement with Azerbaijan has already been initialed, and the Armenian side is ready to sign the document as soon as possible.
