Desislava Radeva, the wife of the President of the Republic of Bulgaria, who arrived in Azerbaijan within the framework of COP-29, visited Shamakhi, APA's Shirvan bureau reports.
According to the report, during the visit, the guest visited the Shamakhi "Juma" mosque. Here, the guest was given extensive information about the multicultural environment and religious values in Azerbaijan.
Desislava Radeva got acquainted with the modern agricultural and tourism enterprises of the district, and was told about the projects implemented in connection with the history, cultural life, socio-economic development and tourism potential of the district.
D. Radeva planted a tree during the visit as a contribution to the "Year of Solidarity for a Green World".
