He emphasized that the baseless and biased claims of official Paris against Azerbaijan are related to President Ilham Aliyev and the Baku Initiative Group exposing France's neocolonialism policies: "We strongly condemn these baseless claims. We declare that we do not support the equating of the activities of the Baku Initiative Group with the France-Azerbaijan bilateral relations by France."
