"Baku Initiative Group has been active for nearly 2 years. During this period, BIG has organized over 20 international events." Abbas Abbasov, the Executive Director of the Baku Initiative Group (BIG), said at the international conference titled 'Colonialism: Erasure of Religious and National Identity,' organized by BIG, APA reports.
According to him, today's event is the 25th: "We are not yet two years old. This is our success on the path we have started."
Abbasov noted that within two years, the Baku Initiative Group has signed 6 memorandums, and the signing of the 7th memorandum is expected today.
The Executive Director emphasized that during this period, more than 10 reports have been prepared and presented to international organizations: "We have made statements and presented reports on different international platforms, achieving success. Unlike the French government, every step we take is within the framework of international law."
