The European Union (EU) has appointed a new ambassador to Azerbaijan, APA reports citing the European Union website.
It was announced by the High Representative of the European Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy Kaja Kallas.
She announced that Kujundžić Marijana has been appointed as the European Union Ambassador to Azerbaijan.
Marijana currently serves as a representative of Croatia in the Political and Security Committee (PSC).
She previously served, among other positions, as an advisor to the Working Group of Foreign Affairs Counsellors (RELEX) at the Permanent Representation of Croatia to the EU.
