I am deeply concerned by the reports of violence, torture and inhuman treatment against ethnic Azerbaijanis in Russia, Peter Michalko, Head of the European Union (EU) Delegation to Azerbaijan, shared on his social media account, APA reports.

"I am deeply concerned by the reports of violence, torture and inhuman treatment against ethnic Azerbaijanis in Russia, leading even to deaths, committed by Russian security forces. My thoughts are with the victims and their families," the diplomat said.
